We are currently looking for a Registered Nurse to join team to support our client a multimedia national media conglomerate in Los Angeles. This position would a full time role 5 days a week with approximately 3 days a week in the office and the ability to work remotely 2 days a week if desired

Job description:

Approximately 40 hour, weekday schedule to report to Los Angeles office 3 days a week and work remotely 2 days a week. Job duties described below

· Lead the COVID Team on the production or site.

· Ensure that policies regarding COVID-19 are communicated and enforced during production and on-premises at the facility.

· Consult with the Client Affiliate Human Resources Business Partner and on an as needed basis with the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

· Ensure the Client Affiliate’s or site’s training materials are available and distributed to the staff and/or cast and crew.

· Disseminate information to the Staff, Cast, Staff & Crew relative to Health & Safety.

· Ensure that signage (Social Distancing, PPE, hand washing) is displayed at the Client Affiliate worksite. Help research and secure additional signage as appropriate in consultation with HR and EHS.

· Oversight of storing and distributing PPE for the cast and crew as needed.

· Coordination with the site medical and/or set medics to respond to possible COVID related illness.

· Monitor and ensure third party compliance with our COVID and health and safety protocols (Vendors, contractors, security, cleaning crew and bureau guest, etc.

· Coordinate and oversee COVID compliance and protocols during breaking news and special events.

· Periodically advise Client Affiliate management and executives on questions or issues that arise.

· Ensure that plans for employee movements, separation and social distancing are implemented according to minimum standards.

· Correct unsafe practices with respect to COVID-19, including improper social distancing and wearing of PPE.

· Initiate and assist with workplace COVID exposure control plans, as needed.

· Conduct briefings/training of cast/crew on COVID related topics, as needed and distribute training materials to the site and/or Client Affiliate staff and crew.

· Liaison with cleaning crews, to ensure that all cleaning and disinfecting protocols are followed.

· Manage and escalate any breaches of the measures and providing full incident reports.

· Coordinate with HR and the COVID Resource Desk with post-positive case investigation, workplace exposure tracing (“contact tracing”), area tracing, disinfection oversight and communications, as needed and directed.

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour
