We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team in Remote.
Compensation: Salaried

General Duties:

Generate qualified prospects using cold email, cold calls, social selling, and networking
Set up meetings for senior roles
Work to continually understand why and how leads came to WHS – the pain points that drove them to action, their journey to us, and alternatives they considered
Participate in team and company video calls as an active contributor and professional example
Thoroughly understand the industry and target customers to qualify opportunities in alignment with Work Health Solutions’ sales strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value add opportunities and improve processes
Maintain performance metrics in HubSpot
Generate monthly and quarterly reports to identify areas of interest and improvement opportunities
Follow all procedures that you have been trained on, all directions from your supervisor, and any written policies that may be sent to you.

Analytical thinking with a tactical focus
Business acumen, having knowledge in various areas of business
Experience with CRM platforms and Office 365
Experience with HubSpot Sales a plus
