We are currently seeking a Sales Account Executive to join our team in Remote.
Compensation: Salaried

General Duties:

Engage with leads in all lifecycle stages to further identify and develop opportunities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new accounts comprising of global and national brands/clients through a consultative sales approach
Establish and build business relationships, effectively communicating WHS proposition to potential clients
Articulate and deliver business value that describes the company, services, and pricing
Develop initial sales proposals & client quotes
Provide monthly/quarterly forecasts of the sales pipeline for financial planning
Successfully meet sales revenue goals and maintain growth in sales activity quarter over quarter
Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity
Travel to key client accounts, as necessary, to maintain established relationships and identify new opportunities for the client
Communicate and work seamlessly with the Customer Success Manager to ensure client’s needs are continuously met
Create and contribute to the sales strategy in alignment with the overall Growth team objectives
Maintain performance metrics in HubSpot
Generate monthly and quarterly reports to identify areas of interest and improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify value add opportunities and improve processes
Follow all procedures that you have been trained on, all directions from your supervisor, and any written policies that may be sent to you
Participate in team and company video calls as an active contributor and professional example
Other duties as assigned


Ability to build a consistent new business revenue pipeline
Provide financial forecasts by quarter
Strategic thinking with a tactical execution ability
Building new processes for sales success
Communicate effectively with senior leadership to identify resource requirements
Ability to learn complexities of the Occupational Health industry and how it applies to various industries
Demonstrated ability to balance workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams
Business acumen, having knowledge in various areas of business
Experience with CRM platforms and Office 365
Experience with sales reporting software
